Lenovo may have already unveiled a truckload of laptops and tablets in 2022, but that hasn't stopped it from revealing the seventh generation on Lenovo Yoga laptops. Here's a complete rundown of all the new additions you can get excited for. In most instances, pricing and availability on these models is still to be confirmed.
If you're not already aware of what makes the Lenovo Yoga line special, check out our review of 2021's Yoga 9i. Yoga laptops pride themselves on combining the portability of a tablet with the power of a laptop, and are some of the leading 2-in-1s on the market.
The new additions to Lenovo's Yoga Slim line will feature upgraded performance based on what Lenovo is calling "X Power." A big part of this is the Lenovo AI Engine, which will be able to anticipate battery and power needs to tailor the user experience.
All the Yoga Slim laptops will feature PureSight displays, promising a cutting-edge visual experience, that is also Eyesafe certified.
The Slim 7i Pro X and 7 Pro X will naturally be distinguished from each other by their processors, with the 7i using Intel and the 7 using AMD. But both promise to be multimedia dream machines, with "the sheer power to create from anywhere," while weighing less tham 1.6kg. Both laptops will be highly customisable, so depending on your chosen field, you'll be able to scale your costs to how much performance you need.
The Yoga Slim 7i Carbon will see Lenovo pushing the mobile nature of their 2-in-1s to the next level. Designed for the ever-changing nature of hybrid work, the only feature it skimps on is weight, coming in at under 1kg. It features twelfth generation Intel processors, self-adjusting fan speeds and an optional touchscreen with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Lenovo is marketing the Yoga Slim 9i as an eco-conscious laptop. It is carbon-neutral certified, but that won't stop it from having a 14-inch OLED touchscreen display and twelfth generation Intel processors. Finally, the Yoga Slim 7i Pro and Slim 7 Pro will be more performance-oriented, with the latest processors and optional Dolby Vision.
We don't know just yet how much the Slim line will go for, but to give you a few reference points, the current generation of the Slim 7i Pro starts at $1,776.15, while the Slim 9i starts at $2,599.
The Yoga 7 might not have "Slim" in the name, but that doesn't mean it isn't an extremely portable device, with a fully-rotating hinge for an highly comfortable tablet experience. It will utilise AMD Ryzen 6000 series processors, an up-to-2.8K OLED touchscreen featuring Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos with spatial audio.
It looks to be a truly impressive machine, with four different usage modes depending on your ever-changing needs. Time for work? Activate video call noise cancellation. Time for play? Low blue light filters will prevent eye strain during your hours of streaming.
While we don't currently known the Australian pricing for the new Yoga 7, the previous generation currently carries a starting retail price of $1,644.10.
Lenovo has stepped outside of its 2-in-1 comfort zone with this all-in-1 desktop. While some of us are taking advantage of hybrid working on-the-go, full-time remote work is more common than ever, and the AIO understands that. That's why it features the same AMD processor of the Yoga 7, plus an optional AMD Radeon 6000 graphics card. Dual JBL 5W speakers mean the AIO doubles as a brilliant home entertainment system.
With a 27-inch 4K narrow-bezel display that effortlessly rotates 90 degrees and can be titled in any number of directions, this looks to be a game-changing all-in-1. The Yoga AIO will start at $2,699, and will be available from September.

This model may be far more affordable than other Lenovo offerings, but it's still an impressive machine, with a 15.6 inch FHD display and 10 hours of battery life.

When products are grouped in a table or list, the order in which they are initially sorted may be influenced by a range of factors including price, fees and discounts; commercial partnerships; product features; and brand popularity. We provide tools so you can sort and filter these lists to highlight features that matter to you.
We try to take an open and transparent approach and provide a broad-based comparison service. However, you should be aware that while we are an independently owned service, our comparison service does not include all providers or all products available in the market.
Some product issuers may provide products or offer services through multiple brands, associated companies or different labelling arrangements. This can make it difficult for consumers to compare alternatives or identify the companies behind the products. However, we aim to provide information to enable consumers to understand these issues.
